Thinking about special tax regimes in Spain? One of the most beneficial regimes available for new arrivals is often nicknamed the “Beckham Law”... but timing is everything.

The simple way I explain the Beckham Regime ('Beckham's law' in Spain) to my clients.

- You pay 24% flat tax on Spanish income (up to €600K)

- You don’t pay tax on worldwide income (UK dividends, rentals etc.)

But: you must apply within 6 months of registering for Spanish Social Security

And if you miss it, you can’t go back.

It’s a powerful regime… but it’s all about timing and setup.

I’ve never lost an application, but we do keep a close eye on the rules (they change more often than you’d think).

Thinking about applying? Let’s walk through it together - drop us a message.
